Theresa Cordova is a driven professional with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, serving as a leader, educator, and advocate for personal training and exercise science. She is the Founder and Owner of GEM Fitness, where she pioneered the Guided Exercise Membership program, providing unparalleled support and expert exercise prescriptions tailored to individual needs. In 2006, Theresa started Changes for Life, offering integrated health and wellness services, from personal training and coaching to community-based group fitness and education. In 2016, she founded Fit for Life, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting lifelong wellness through engaging physical activities for all ages and abilities.
