CPR AED

American Heart Association credentialing. This Adult Heartsaver CPR-AED class is tailored to meet the credential requirements and is valid for a two-year period of time.
The course is two hours in length and includes a Heartsaver CPR manual. Advanced registration and payment is required. There are no refunds for missed class. Registration must be made in advance.

Cadaver Anatomy

This immersive Cadaver Anatomy experience gives fitness professionals, movement specialists, and clinicians a rare opportunity to explore human anatomy from the inside out.
Participants will examine real human cadavers and gain firsthand insight into muscle structure, fascia, joints, the cardiovascular and nervous systems, visceral organs, and how anatomical differences from person to person can significantly influence movement, exercise execution, and coaching decisions.
This course bridges the gap between textbook anatomy and real-world application, helping you better understand why bodies move the way they do and how to coach, cue, and program with greater precision and respect for the human system.
Held at Bridgeport University, with travel via the Port Jefferson Ferry, this is a full-day immersive educational experience.
$295.00 plus cost of travel.
